PROJECT: EPA CLEANUP GRANT - WARNER BROWN HOSPITAL

A mandatory walk-through on July 8, 2025, is scheduled for all bidders. 

SCOPE OF WORK: The scope of work includes all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the complete removal of the identified ACM by competent persons who are trained, knowledgeable, qualified, and currently licensed and accredited in the techniques of abatement, handling and disposal of asbestos containing debris and asbestos-contaminated materials, and the subsequent cleaning of contaminated areas. The abatement contractor (AC) will furnish all labor, supervision, materials, services, insurance, equipment, electricity, lighting, and emergency lighting, and water necessary for the total removal of the areas of ACM summarized below in Table 1.0. The site has no power and no water. Should additional ACM or suspect be encountered, these materials should be reported to the Owner.
