NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Professional Accounting Services and Technical Assistance

Southwest Arkansas Planning and Development District, Inc. invites qualified Certified Public Accounting (CPA) firms to submit proposals to provide Professional Accounting Services and Technical Assistance.

Services may include, but are not limited to, preparation of annual financial statements, financial reporting assistance, review of internal controls, grant compliance assistance, and other related accounting and technical assistance for the District and its federally funded programs.

The contract will provide professional accounting services beginning with the District's fiscal year ending June 30, 2026 with an option for up to four additional fiscal years.

Proposals will be evaluated based on responsiveness to the Request for Proposals, relevant experience, availability of staff with professional qualifications and technical abilities, results of peer and external quality control reviews, and cost. Proposal packages may be requested by emailing Renee Dycus at renee.dycus@arkansas.gov.

Proposals must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, August 7, 2026.
